SHIPPING & REFUNDS
In a perfect world, I would be able to deliver your artwork in person and see that it was handed off in perfect condition.
But, in reality, most of the times we have to struggle with shipping issues and ensure the artwork is delivered to you safely.
Please be informed that:
- Artworks now shipped internationally.
- Every piece of Artwork is professionally packed and will be shipped within 3 working days upon your order.
- All artworks are sent via DHL Express or Pack and Send. Insurance for shipping will be deemed necessary for artworks with a value $500 NZD or more.
Mishaps happens. We can never be one-hundred percent certain that the piece will be delivered without any glitches and to make things a bit easier than all of us, I will be happy to issue a refund in the following circumstances:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishaps, please take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. I'll get back to you as soon as possible and we can proceed with a refund process.
